The approach, led by Statista Inc., evaluates over 8 million data points to recognize the top 500 startups in the United States that exceed in employee satisfaction, employer reputation and company growth. To determine the list, Forbes and Statista identified 2,500 American businesses founded between 2012 and 2019 and employ at least 50 people and then evaluated them using vast social listening campaigns and extensive desk research.
